We offer a no-questions-asked 7-day refund policy for all new subscribers.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of initial purchase
  • First-time subscribers only
  • One refund per customer

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Email billing@tradingmindapp.com
  2. Use subject line: 'Refund Request'
  3. Include your account email address

Processing

  • We will respond within 24-48 hours
  • Refund processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunded to original payment method

After Refund

  • Your account will be downgraded to free version
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days
  • You can resubscribe anytime

Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, a pro-rated refund is available within the first 30 days. After 30 days, no refunds are available for annual plans, but you can cancel to prevent future renewal.

Important Notes

  • After 7 days, all sales are final for monthly subscriptions
  • Partial month refunds are not available
  • Refunds are processed in the original currency

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings:

  • No cancellation fees
  • Access continues until end of billing period
  • No automatic renewal after cancellation
